Can I use the player in offline mode without cloud subscription ?

Yes, the player can work offline. You can update your contents by using a password protected USB stick or synchronize with a local FTP server.

How can I update the contents?

You can upload your contents at https://portal.lift.tv with your username and password. From there, you can choose your screen layouts, upload your contents to your library and to set your playlists. The player will automatically synchronize with the cloud.

Can I terminate the subscription anytime?

Yes, you can terminate your subscription anytime. However, there is no return for the current month. Invoicing is done on a monthly basis.

Is the player secure?

Yes, we have implemented a high security scheme. All communication from the user to the cloud is encrypted (2-factor authentication can be enabled). The communication from the player to the cloud also also encrypted with a 256bit key. Furthermore, the playlist locally stored in an encrypted mode, and all files have a key, which guarantees that no tampered files can be played on the player. 

Can we integrate our own data?

Yes, you can easily integrate and represent your own data on the screens. We are happy to support in the integration.

Are you shipping worldwide?

Yes, we are using courier services (e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx) that will provide you with a tracking ID once shipped. Lead time is about 5-10 business days.

Money back gurantee?

Yes, within 2 weeks of receipt of the player, we offer a full money back guarantee (except for the shipping costs)

What is the warranty period?

We offer 1 year warranty on the hardware
